Training Resources

For the past 40 years ICA Australia has developed and delivered training programs in leadership development and community development both in Australia and overseas, and these programs can be adapted to meet the specific needs of people from communities such as those in the Northern Territory, as well as the government service workers who are interacting with these communities on the ground.

(See Appendix B for examples of training courses which can be adapted to specific needs.)

ICA Australia has a number of members who are experienced in facilitating planning events with such communities. Also, there is a faculty of experienced facilitators who deliver training programs to a wide variety of clients.
